G Series

Scott Fly Rods first introduced the G Series fly rods in 1976 and since then have been a standard in modern medium action fly rod design. The all new G Series from Scott now features a lighter and stronger hollow internal ferrule that is more flexible reduces rod weight more than 20%. New state of the art fiber and resin systems have created the most advanced taper design that gives anglers that soft, smooth action you would expect from a G Series rod with faster recovery speed and a new enhanced feel. We have spent many hours fishing these rods on the local trout streams and really enjoy fishing bwo hatches and other small flies to wary trout where presentation and finesse matter, two things the Scott G Series excels at.
