We will return or exchange item(s) on a case-by-case basis. Ultimately we want you to be happy and will do our best to find a reasonable and fair solution. We stand behind our products we sell as they are products we personally use. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know and we can work with you to determine a fair solution. We ask that if you need to return or exchange an item that it is done in 30 days or less. Items returned will be refunded in the same manner as to how they were paid for. We believe that if we treat you fair, that you will in turn treat us fair. Please note that we will do our best to take care of you, but from time-to-time we cannot accommodate a return.
