Booking and Cancellation Policy

A one hundred percent credit card deposit is required upon reservation. If you cancel within 30 days of your trip the entire price of the trip is non-refundable. Our cancellation policies apply to all situations and we regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. Our trips run rain or shine, and we have all the necessary equipment for our guests. Trips proceed regardless of weather conditions as long as Silver Bow Fly Shop, LLC deems conditions safe for outdoor activity. Trips cancelled due to water conditions will be rescheduled for a later date within a 12 month period.

Silver Bow Fly Shop, LLC reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason, at any time, with no penalty to the clients. All money will be refunded at that time, or the trip will be rescheduled. Only Silver Bow Fly Shop, LLC can make this decision.

Please understand that once you've signed up, we lose the right to sell your reserved space to other individuals or groups.

Any broken (or lost) equipment of the employed guide, or Silver Bow Fly Shop, will be repaired and/or replaced at the expense of the client responsible.

A fifty percent credit card deposit is required upon reservation. The remainder is due 45 days prior to the reserved date. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip the entire price of the trip is non-refundable. Our cancellation policies apply to all situations and we regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. Our trips run rain or shine, and we have all the necessary equipment for our guests. Trips proceed regardless of weather conditions as long as Silver Bow Fly Shop, LLC and ROW Adventures deems conditions safe for outdoor activity. Trips cancelled due to water conditions will be rescheduled for a later date within a 12 month period.

Silver Bow Policy Addition: Any broken (or lost) equipment of the employed guide, ROW, or Silver Bow Fly Shop will be repaired and/or replaced at the expense of the client responsible.
