The Airflo Rage head is the ultimate in Scandi, floating line presentation for steelhead, salmon, or trout. This shooting head is four feet shorter than the Scandi Compact heads and is designed for turning over polyleaders or light tips in the wind. Thanks to Tom Larimer's ingenious design with a thicker butt and tip diameter to help load modern spey and switch rods and straighten out spey casters problems with thin heads. Don't let this beefed up Scandi style head fool you though, it still can lay out delicate casts with the best of them, it just is a lot more versatile and can be cast when tight to cover against brushy steelhead rivers. The Airflo Rage has been a long-time staff favorite of the Silver Bow.
