Sean has always had a strong inner desire to fish since he was 9. When he first read about fly fishing in a book he quickly became obsessed with it even before he started at the age of 12. This inner desire to fish has led him on adventures to nearby rivers and lakes and eventually all over Rocky Mountains / Pacific Northwest. Part of the fun for Sean was pouring over catalogs of gear which would eventually aided in his hiring at the Silver Bow Fly Shop where he was to teach fly tying classes and sell gear.
Sean started working at the Silver Bow in 2002 and was given the opportunity to purchased the fly shop on August 31st of 2005. After moving the business to it's current location, Sean developed a local guide service specializing in the Spokane River and other nearby waters for trout and steelhead. In addition to local guide trips, he has hosted numerous trips to Seychelles, Belize, Cuba, and Patagonia Argentina. Fishing travel has been a big interest for Sean which has taken him to other destinations including various Bahamas Islands, Mexico, British Columbia, and Alaska.
