I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link on the log-in page. First you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. You will then be asked to answer the "secret question" which you provided earlier during registration. If you answer this question correctly, you will be sent a new password by e-mail immediately. As soon as you receive this new password, you can log-in with your user name which corresponds to your valid e-mail address.
How can I change my password?
You can replace your old password with a new one quickly and easily by navigating to the "Change password" heading in your personal customer account.
Can I have an order delivered to several different addresses?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to divide one and the same order over various delivery addresses. If you wish to send certain products to different addresses, you must submit a separate order for each individual delivery.
Which internet browsers are supported?
The online shop supports the specified versions of the most common browsers: Internet Explorer 6+, Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and Safari 3.0+, Opera 9.0+.
For which resolution is the website optimised?
The website is optimised for a resolution of 1,024x768 pixels. You may have to scroll more if you have different settings. Of course, you can adjust your computer's settings accordingly if you so wish.
Does Javascript have to be activated?
Before you can use the online shop, Javascript must be activated in your browser.
